The charges for overnight parking were ridiculous

The parking garage would only allow you access to the Lobby so if you were staying on floor 10 and parked on level four, first you would have to go from parking level four down to the Lobby then go through the Lobby to the other elevators and go back up to floor 10 to get to your room.

Convenient location. My room looked tired The hotel in general looks like a much older property that could use a facelift.

The quality of the room is just above average...It needs updating

The price was perfect, we will do it again. Parking was not easy, need a hot tub at pool area

Had a blast with friends! We explored New York City and checked out Central Park and Times Square. The rooms were comfy, and the location is convenient. Prepare for a cozy bed that makes mornings easy! Breakfast could be better, but overall, a great spot for a group vacation.

The check-in process was a hassle. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very accommodating when I had an issue with my room reservation.

Comfortable family-friendly hotel location just next door to Marriott stamford as well as restaurants & the train. Breakfast with eggs cooked to order and elaborate meals and beverage.

I enjoyed the spacious King Room with enough space for my things. The location near Interstate 95 made getting around pretty simple, which I appreciated. Even though the amenities were okay, I wished the check-in process didn't take so long. It reminded me of the staff were a bit overwhelmed, and the communication could've been clearer. The breakfast options worked for me, nothing really good but filled my needs. I was satisfied with my stay, but some staff interactions could improve to make it better.

The King Room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient for easy access to the freeway. Breakfast options were decent. Staff assistance was prompt and friendly 😊
